Heating InstructionsAll products should be heated in bag. Products should arrive in very cold state even though some of the dry ice may be evaporated away. Take product out of cooler and place in refrigeration until ready to use.Fully Cooked Smoked Boneless Boston Butts - Boil in bat 1 hour 30 minutes or place in a roaster pan with 1 inch of water at 350 degrees inside oven for 1.5 hours. Cut top of bag open, remove butt and pour natural juice over product after pulling.Fully Cooked Pulled Smoked Pork Butts (3lb Pack) - Fully Cooked Pulled Smoked Pork Butts (3lb Pack) - (Made from whole bonless Boston Butt) Boil in bat for 40 minutes or place in roaster pan with 1 inch of water at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.Pulled Pork Butt with Hickory Sauce (3lb Pack) - Same as the above 3lb Pack of Fully Cooked Pulled Smoked Pork Butts.Smoked BBQ Ribs - St. Louis Style or Loin Back - Boil in bag for 30 minutes or place in roaster pan with 1 inch of water at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Center Cut Boston Butt Pork Steaks - Boil in bag for 15 minutes or place in roaster pan with 1 inch of water at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out of bag and pour sauce from bag over steak.Premium Chopped Beef Brisket (3lb Pack) - Boil in bag for 30 minutes or place in roaster pan with 1 inch of water in over at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.Center Cut Premium Smoked Boneless Pork Loin - Boil in bag for 1 hour or place in roaster pan with 1 inch of water for 1 hour. Remove from bag and use all juice on product as you slice it and serve.Premium Pulled Chicken (3lb Pack) - Boil in bag for 30 minutes or place in roaster pan with 1 inch of wtaer in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.Smoked Maple Flavored Backon-Wrapped Skinless Chicken Thighs - Boil in bag for 15 minutes or place in oven in roaster pan with 1 inch of water at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from bag and pour sauce from bag over thighs.Hickory Smoked Chicken Leg Quarters and Half Chicken - Boil in bag for 30 minutes or place in roaster pan with 1 inch of water in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Smoked Sausage (3lb Pack) - Boil in bag for 30 minutes and serve or place in roaster pan with 1 inch water in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.Chicken Jambalaya (3lb Pack) - Boil in bag for 30 minutes and serve or place in roaster pan with 1 inch water in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
